Heartfelt Creations Poppy Stems

Hello Everyone,

Here's my second Heartfelt Creations design team posting for this week.

Card size is 6 x 4 1/4. Start with a blank card base, place Romantic Rose #3 die slightly above fold line, and die cut card base. Die cut black cardstock using Romantic Rose #3 die, and glue to card base. Die cut Blazing Poppy paper using Romantic Rose #2 die, and glue die cut to center of card base. Cut a 4 1/2 x3 7/8 piece of black cardstock, cut a 4 3/8 x 3 3/4 piece of Pure Poppy cardstock, glue cardstock pieces together, and glue cardstock pieces to center of card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Stems image onto watercolor paper using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Spectrum Aqua markers, trim image to 4 1/4 x 3 5/8, and glue to center of card. Stamp (2) small Delightful Daisies leaves onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut leave using Delightful Daisy small leaf die, color leaves with Peeled Paint distress ink, shape leave, hot glue leaves to card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (2) medium poppies with Abandoned Coral distress stain, let dry, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppy, and hot glue poppy to card. Glue resin dots to card.

Heartfelt Creations With Love

Hello Everyone,

Here's this week's Heartfelt Creations design team posting featuring the Blazing Poppy Collection.

Card size is 6 x 6. Start with a 6 x 12 piece of black cardstock, score at 6 inches, and fold. Cut a 5 7/8 x 5 7/8 piece of Blazing Poppy paper, and glue to card base. Die cut black cardstock using Imperial Square #4 die, and glue to center of card. Cut a 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 piece of black card stock, cut a 3 5/8 x 3 5/8 piece of Blazing Poppy paper, glue pieces together, and glue to center of card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Fillers image onto watercolor paper using Tuxedo Black ink, heat set ink, color image with Spectrum Aqua markers, trim image to 3 1/2 x 3 1/2, adhere resin dots, and glue image to center of card. Die cut tag from Blazing Poppy paper using Luggage and Tags tag die, and glue tag to card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (2) medium poppies with Abandoned Coral distress stain, let dry, sponge petals with Ages Mahogany and Black Soot distress inks, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppy, and hot glue poppy to card.

Card size is 6 x 6. Start with a 6 x 12 piece of black cardstock, score at 6 inches, and fold. Cut a 6 x 6 piece of Pure Poppy cardstock, cut a 5 7/8 x 5 7/8 piece of black cardstock, cut a 5 3/4 x 5 3/4 piece of Blazing Poppy paper, glue cardstock pieces together, and glue to card base. Cut a 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 piece of Pure Poppy cardstock, cut a 4 3/8 x 4 3/8 piece of black cardstock, glue cardstock pieces together, and glue to center of card. Cut a 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 piece of white cardstock, stamp Poppy Corner and Border and Heartfelt Sentiment images onto cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Spectrum Noir and Copic marker, ink edges with Abandoned Coral distress ink, and glue to center of card. Make and hot glow bow to card. Adhere rhinestone swirl to card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (2) medium and (4) small petals with Abandoned Coral distress stain, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppies, and hot glue poppies to card.

Hello All,

Here's this week's Heartfelt Creations design team posting using Blazing Poppies Collection.

Card size is 6 x 6. Start with a 6 x 12 piece of white cardstock, score at 6, and fold. Cut a 6 x 6 piece of Pinefeather cardstock, and glue to card base. Stamp Blazing Poppy image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Spectrum Noir and Copic markers, and glue image to center of card base. Cut a 6 x 6 card front from Blazing Poppy paper, trim card front to 5 7/8 x 5 7/8, die cut center of card front using Cut Mat Create 2B square die, and glue card front to card base. Die cut Pinefeather cardstock using Cut Mat Create 1B vine die, and glue die cuts to card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (4) large and (8) small petals  with Abandoned Coral distress stain and Tattered Rose glimmer mist, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppies, and hot glue poppies to card. Die cut ticket from Blazing Poppy paper using Luggage and Tags ticket die, and glue ticket to card. Adhere jewels to card.

Start with a blank card base (card comes with 3 pieces, the base, top and dome), cover with card base with a 8 1/4 x 5 7/8 piece of black cardstock, trim card top to 8 x 5 5/8, glue a 8 x 5 5/8 piece of Blazing Poppy paper to card top, cut out oval opening, sponge edges with Abandoned Coral distress ink, and glue in oval dome. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (2) large, (4) medium, and (2) small petals  with Abandoned Coral distress stain, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppies, and hot glue (2) medium poppies and (1) small poppy to card top. Stamp Blazing Poppy Vase image onto 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 piece of white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Spectrum Noir and Copic markers, sponge around image with Abandoned coral distress ink, glue image to center of card, and hot glue large poppy to image. Add border sticker and jewel stickers to card top, and adhere card to card base using foam dots.

Box size is 4 1/8 x2 7/8. Start by using Cricut Explore to cut box and lid. Cover box and lid with Pure Poppy, black, and white cardstock. Cut (3) 2 x 2 1/2 pieces of white cardstock, stamp Blazing Poppy Fillers onto cardstock using Tuxedo Black, color images with Spectrum Noir markers, sponge around image with Abandoned Coral distress ink, and glue images to box. Glue box together, and add Dazzle chain. Die cut ticket from Blazing Poppy paper using Luggage and Tags ticket die. Mix Ice Resin according to manufacturer’s instructions. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (4) large, (4) medium, and (8) small petals with Abandoned Coral distress stain and Tattered Rose glimmer mist, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppies, dip poppies into resin, and let poppies dry overnight. Here's this week's Heartfelt Creations design team posting.

Card size is 5 x 7. Start with a blank card base, cut a 5 x 7 piece of Scarlet Jewel cardstock, glue cardstock to card base, cut a 4 7/8 x 6 7/8 piece of Cascading Fuchsia paper, and glue to card base. Die cut white cardstock using Label 47 Decorative Elements #3 die, and glue die cut to card. Cut a 3 3/4 x4 3/8 piece of Scarlet Jewel cardstock, and glue to card. Stamp Fuchsia Spray image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Spectrum Noir and Copic markers, trim image to 3 5/8 x4 1/2, and glue image to card. Cut a sentiment strip from Cascading Fuchsia paper, trim strip to 4 7/8, cut a 4 7/8 x 1/2 piece of Scarlet Jewel cardstock, glue sentiment to Scarlet Jewel cardstock, and glue to card. Glue bubbles to card.
