Card size is 8 1/4 x 5 7/8. Start with a blank card base (card comes with 3 pieces, the base, top and dome), cover with card base with a 8 1/4 x 5 7/8 piece of black cardstock, trim card top to 8 x 5 5/8, glue a 8 x 5 5/8 piece of Blazing Poppy paper to card top, cut out oval opening, sponge edges with Abandoned Coral distress ink, and glue in oval dome. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (2) large, (4) medium, and (2) small petals  with Abandoned Coral distress stain, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppies, and hot glue (2) medium poppies and (1) small poppy to card top. Stamp Blazing Poppy Vase image onto 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 piece of white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Spectrum Noir and Copic markers, sponge around image with Abandoned coral distress ink, glue image to center of card, and hot glue large poppy to image. Add border sticker and jewel stickers to card top, and adhere card to card base using foam dots.

Box size is 4 1/8 x2 7/8. Start by using Cricut Explore to cut box and lid. Cover box and lid with Pure Poppy, black, and white cardstock. Cut (3) 2 x 2 1/2 pieces of white cardstock, stamp Blazing Poppy Fillers onto cardstock using Tuxedo Black, color images with Spectrum Noir markers, sponge around image with Abandoned Coral distress ink, and glue images to box. Glue box together, and add Dazzle chain. Die cut ticket from Blazing Poppy paper using Luggage and Tags ticket die. Mix Ice Resin according to manufacturer’s instructions. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (4) large, (4) medium, and (8) small petals with Abandoned Coral distress stain and Tattered Rose glimmer mist, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppies, dip poppies into resin, and let poppies dry overnight. Stamp Leafy Branch leaves onto New Leaf cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut leaves using Leafy Branch die, shape leaves, dip leaves in resin, and let leaves dry overnight. Hot glue leaves, poppies, and ticket to box.

Hello Everyone,

Here's this week's Heartfelt Creations design team posting.

Card size is 5 x 7. Start with a blank card base, cut a 5 x 7 piece of Scarlet Jewel cardstock, glue cardstock to card base, cut a 4 7/8 x 6 7/8 piece of Cascading Fuchsia paper, and glue to card base. Die cut white cardstock using Label 47 Decorative Elements #3 die, and glue die cut to card. Cut a 3 3/4 x4 3/8 piece of Scarlet Jewel cardstock, and glue to card. Stamp Fuchsia Spray image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Spectrum Noir and Copic markers, trim image to 3 5/8 x4 1/2, and glue image to card. Cut a sentiment strip from Cascading Fuchsia paper, trim strip to 4 7/8, cut a 4 7/8 x 1/2 piece of Scarlet Jewel cardstock, glue sentiment to Scarlet Jewel cardstock, and glue to card. Glue bubbles to card.

Here's a quick and simple watercolor tutorial I made for the Heartfelt Creations blog using Heartfelt Creations products and Spectrum Aqua markers.

Step 1. Stamp Fuchsia Cluster image onto watercolor paper using Tuxedo Black ink.

Step 2. Trace around cascading fuchsias with Spectrum Aqua burgundy marker.

Step 3. Using a Waterbrush, spread color starting from top of flower pulling the ink down.



Step 4. Trace around foliage with a Spectrum Aqua moss marker.

Step 5. Spread color starting from center of leaves pulling the ink to the edge.



Step 6. Place die over image, add burgundy ink around the inside, blend ink with Waterbrush, and die cut image.
 

Step 7. Die cut black cardstock using Decorative Oval die.

 

Step 8. Cut a 5 x 7 piece of black cardstock, cut a 4 7/8 x 6 7/8 piece of Cascading Fuchsia paper, and glue to card base. Stamp Heart Sentiments image onto watercolor paper using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut sentiment using Victorian Tags die, and adhere sentiment to card using foam dots.

Hello Everyone,

Here's this week's Heartfelt Creations design team posting.

Card size is 5 x 7. Start with a blank card base, cut a 5 x 7 piece of Cascading Fuchsia paper, glue paper to card base, cut a 4 7/8 x 6 7/8 piece of Cascading Fuchsia paper, and glue to card base. Die cut Cascading Fuchsia paper and chipboard using 5 x 7 Matting Basics B #6 & #5 dies, and glue die cuts together. Die cut white cardstock using Decorative Oval die, cut die cut into 4 pieces, glue die cut pieces to the back of rectangle frame, and glue die cuts to card base. Die cut Cascading Fuchsia paper and chipboard using Grand Ovals #2 die, glue die cuts together, and glue die cuts to card. Stamp Fuchsia Cluster image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Copic markers, die cut image using Grand Ovals #1 die, sponge with Aged Mahogany distress ink, remove die, and glue die cut to center of first oval die cut. Stamp Everyday Hero Newsprint banner and Heartfelt Sentiments images onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut images using Everyday Heroes die, color die cut with Copic marker R37 and distress ink, trim die cut, and glue die cut to card.
