Heartfelt Creations Blazing Poinsettia Collection

Hello Everyone,

Rediscover the majesty, serenity and pageantry of Christmas with Heartfelt Creations' Sparkling Poinsettia Collection.  This glorious ensemble of stamps, dies and papers captures the stately splendor of Christmas with a regal color palette of burgundy, evergreen, taupe and cream.  Radiant poinsettias take center stage amidst a host of traditional Nativity scenes, twinkling candles, drifting snowflakes, lacy flourishes, exuberant banners and Heartfelt  greetings that are worthy of the King of Kings.  Six detailed stamp sets echo the glorious images found in the paper collection and two coordinating die sets can be used to create sparkling poinsettias that will never wilt or fade.  Chronicle sweet memories of the season, share holiday joy with family and friends, hail the holy babe born in the manger and deck the halls with Sparkling Poinsettia!
 

Banner size is 42 x 6. Cut (5) 4 x 6 pieces of green Sparkling Poinsettia paper, (5) 3 3/4 x 5 3/4 pieces of striped Sparling Poinsettia paper, use Banner Punch Board to cut paper into shape, ink green paper edges with Mowed Lawn distress ink, ink striped paper with Barn Door distress ink, glue pieces together, and punch holes. Stamp (3) Joy to the World images onto white cardstock using Olive Grove ink, die cut images using Classic Squares Small #6 die, sponge images with Mowed Lawn distress ink, die cut (3) pieces of green Sparkling Poinsettia paper with Marvelous Squares #5 die, glue die cut together, and glue die cut to banners. Stamp Large Sparkling Poinsettias and Sparkling Poinsettias onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color poinsettias with Barn Door and Rhubarb Stalk ink, color leaves with Mowed Lawn and Olive Grove ink, color poinsettia centers with Cantaloupe ink, hot glue poinsettias together, hot glue poinsettias to banners, and glue gold jewels to poinsettia centers. Die cut (2) tickets from Sparkling Poinsettia paper using Luggage and Tags ticket dies, and glue tickets to banners. Dye seam binding using Barn Door and Mowed Lawn distress ink, let dry, and add seam binding to banner.

Heartfelt Creations Poppy Corner and Borders

Hello All,

Here's the final Heartfelt Creations design team posting featuring the Blazing Poppy Collection.

Card Size is 5 x 7. Start with a blank card base, cut a 5 x 7 piece of black cardstock, and glue to card base. Cut a 5 x 7 card front from Blazing Poppy paper, trim card front to 4 7/8 6 7/8, ink edges with Abandoned Coral distress ink, die cut center of card front using Cut Mat Create 1A rectangle die, stamp Poppy Corner and Border image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Spectrum Noir markers, glue image to the back of card front, and glue card front to card base. Die cut black cardstock using Cut Mat Create 1A and 1B large rectangle dies, and glue to center of card front. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (2) medium poppies and (6) small poppies with Abandoned Coral distress stain, let dry, sponge the edges of poppies with Black Soot distress ink, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppy, and hot glue poppy to card. Hot glue bow to card. Die cut ticket from Blazing Poppy paper using Luggage and Tags ticket die, and glue ticket to card.

Here's the first of this week's Heartfelt Creations design team postings featuring the Blazing Poppy Collection.

Card Size is 5 7/8 x4 1/2. Start with a blank card base, place Heirloom Oval #4 die slightly above fold line, and die cut card base. Die cut red Blazing Poppy paper using Heirloom Oval #4 die, and glue die cut to card base. Die cut green Blazing Poppy paper using Heirloom Oval #3 and #4 dies, and glue die cut to card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Stems image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color the image with Copic markers, die cut image using Grand Ovals #1 die, sponge around image with Antique Linen distress ink, remove die, and glue die cut to center of card. Die cut tag from Blazing Poppy paper using Luggage and Tags tag die, and glue tag to card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (2) medium poppies and (2) small poppies with Abandoned Coral distress stain, let dry, sponge the edges of poppies with Black Soot distress ink, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppy, and hot glue poppy to card.

Hello Everyone,

Here's my second Heartfelt Creations design team posting for this week.

Card size is 6 x 4 1/4. Start with a blank card base, place Romantic Rose #3 die slightly above fold line, and die cut card base. Die cut black cardstock using Romantic Rose #3 die, and glue to card base. Die cut Blazing Poppy paper using Romantic Rose #2 die, and glue die cut to center of card base. Cut a 4 1/2 x3 7/8 piece of black cardstock, cut a 4 3/8 x 3 3/4 piece of Pure Poppy cardstock, glue cardstock pieces together, and glue cardstock pieces to center of card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Stems image onto watercolor paper using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Spectrum Aqua markers, trim image to 4 1/4 x 3 5/8, and glue to center of card. Stamp (2) small Delightful Daisies leaves onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut leave using Delightful Daisy small leaf die, color leaves with Peeled Paint distress ink, shape leave, hot glue leaves to card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (2) medium poppies with Abandoned Coral distress stain, let dry, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppy, and hot glue poppy to card. Glue resin dots to card.

Hello Everyone,

Here's this week's Heartfelt Creations design team posting featuring the Blazing Poppy Collection.

Card size is 6 x 6. Start with a 6 x 12 piece of black cardstock, score at 6 inches, and fold. Cut a 5 7/8 x 5 7/8 piece of Blazing Poppy paper, and glue to card base. Die cut black cardstock using Imperial Square #4 die, and glue to center of card. Cut a 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 piece of black card stock, cut a 3 5/8 x 3 5/8 piece of Blazing Poppy paper, glue pieces together, and glue to center of card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Fillers image onto watercolor paper using Tuxedo Black ink, heat set ink, color image with Spectrum Aqua markers, trim image to 3 1/2 x 3 1/2, adhere resin dots, and glue image to center of card. Die cut tag from Blazing Poppy paper using Luggage and Tags tag die, and glue tag to card. Stamp Blazing Poppy Petal image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut petals using Blazing Poppy die, spray (2) medium poppies with Abandoned Coral distress stain, let dry, sponge petals with Ages Mahogany and Black Soot distress inks, shape petals, hot glue petals together, glue Gala Glitz to center of poppy, and hot glue poppy to card.
