Mother's Day Scrapbook Page

Well I'm trying to catch up on some scrapbooking, so I decided to start with my Mother's Day page. I used the sketch from JustRite's Challenge #054 to created this page. You know how much I love sketches. Sketches that all the guess work out of my projects, especially when my mojo has left my high and dry.

Here's my take on the sketch. My page is a 12 x 12, my favorite scrapbook size.

The flower I made is kinda big, so this page will have to go in a shadow box.

Well that's it for now. I have 3 graduation books I'm making for my family since they will not be able to make it to my graduation. These will only be 8 x 8 mini books with 4 to 6 pages, they will be exactly the same (this is where digital scrapbooking would come in handy).  If I'm lucky I will have the pages done, and all I'll have to do after graduation is attach the pictures. We shall see.
Have a wonderful day, and I'll blog with you later.

Products I used on this page:
Paper: They have been in my stash so long I can't remember who they are by
Stamps: JustRite's Cherish the Memories Nested Sentiments
Dies: Spellbinder's Classic Circles and Fancy Tags; Cuttlebug's Vintage and Dots Embossing Folder
Punch: Martha Stewart's Double Arches and Arch Lattice; EK Success' Flower Punch
Ink: Memories Directs Deep Pink; Color Box Classic Pigment Ink Pad
Embellishments: Prima's Designer Pearls
Tools: Spellbinders' Grand Calibur; Martha Stewart Craft's Scoreboard; Cuttlebug
