WOYWW #243

Hello Crafters,

It's time for What's On Your Work desk? Wednesday. It's that fun time when we are able to peak in on other crafter's, from around the world, work area. If you would like to see what this is all about or join in on the craziness/fun, head on over to Julia's blog (Stamping Ground).

Well here's what happening on my desk today.
Today, I'm making a card for my daughter's 16th birthday. She'll be 16 on Feb. 3rd. I'm using some DCWV paper stacks (Fun in the Sun), Spellbinders dies (of course), and ribbon.

This is what's happening outside.
We're finally getting some snow. My son was so excited, he could barely contain himself.

My son and hubby enjoying the snow.

BTW, I will be working the Heartfelt Creations booth at the Heirloom Rubber Stamp and Scrap Feast in Lawrence, GA. If you're there, stop by and say "hi".

Thanks for stopping by.
Have a Blessed Day
Hugs,
Regina

That's going to be an AWESOME card, Regina. Very impressive, and I love the colors.

Looks like the "boys" are enjoying the snow. And of course, you had to be out in it, too, or the photo would never have been taken (grin).

Happy WOYWW from #1

Laughing at your son being excited by the snow - these days I find it just a nuisance - luckily we haven't had any (yet) this year. Love your daughter's card in the making - hope she has a happy birthday. Helen #9

Your daughter will love her card, it is so pretty and a lovely sunny colour in a cold, grey month. Well it is cold and grey over here but no snow for us yet, just rain.
Your son has a beautiful smile, you can see he is relishing that snow.

I think you chose the right venue!! It's good that the 'boys' can go out and enjoy the snow together, hope they don't empty you food cupboard when they come back in.
Love those lacy cards you have made with Heartfelt, have looked up a local supplier to me and may go out for the day and treat myself. Which means I have to come back and maybe CAS(E) some of your cards .....

Beautiful card for your daughter Regina and I'm glad you got some snow, your son looks very happy! We've received 39" of snow so far in January and have broken the record for a monthly total set back in 1978 when they got 28". The scary thing is January usually gets less snow than February in these parts!!

Thanks for commenting on my "desk." Appreciate it! Yours looks rather clean--not as messy as mine. I like that orange ink you have out. Pretty! I can relate to the snow -- we just got a couple of inches here in NC!

Hi Regina, just taking the opportunity whilst I can (my Internet connection is pretty patchy at the moment, sigh!)to visit. The colour of the card is fabulous - just perfect for a teenager. Happy birthday greetings to your daughter for the 3rd. Despite the weather predictions, we have had no snow this winter, so far that is. There may yet be time as winter is not over yet :) A belated happy WOYWW, Elizabeth x #70

The pieces of your card are so lovely, such glorious colours. I hope you are going to show us the finished article. Your husband and son look as though they are having a great time in that snow. We had a mini sprinkle yesterday, but after ten minutes it had turned back to dreary rain again. You will be glad to hear that the helicopter has buzzed of somewhere else since then, so peace reigns for the time being. xx Maggie
