WOYWW #281

Hello Everyone,

It's time for What's On Your Work desk? Wednesday. If you would like to know why I'm showing my desk go on over to Julia's blog, Stamping Ground.

Here's my desk.

Today, I'm working on card for my son's school bus driver, it's Bus Driver Appreciation Week. Yes, there's such a thing. So, there are a few supplies I used to make the card and envelope. You can see the My Favorite Things stamps and dies, Spellbinders dies, distress ink, Fiskars stamp press, and paper.

Here's the other side of my desk. You can see some more supplies I used to make the card, some Copic and Spectrum Noir markers, the envelope, stamp pad, and some more paper.

Here's a close up of the card.

Well that's all for me. Thanks for stopping by.
Have a Blessed Day
Hugs,
Regina

You are extremely thoughtful. I think it's probably a good thing I've never had children, because I have never heard of this week. I'm sure your bus driver will appreciate that card. Happy WOYWW from # 2.

Not sure what my bus driver would say if I presented a card - but I guess maybe they are school bus drivers, not public buses?? Who knew such a day existed... Happy WOYWW Helen 4

Hi Regina, you look really busy and I am so pleased that where you live they appreciate the bus drivers. As an ex teacher I understand what they have to put up with diving children backwards and forwards to school.
Have a great week and happy crafting, Angela x

OOOOH! I just loooove that card! That driver is one lucky man.
Our children aren't bused to school, sometimes I wish they were so that we would not have cars parked everywhere when it's time to pick up the children ...
Have a good week

Regina, that is a darling card for the bus driver!!!
I really like the stamp and die set, but with no children at home any longer, I wouldn't use it.....I just want it....LOL

What is that binder thing you store your dies in? Looks like a clever thing for die storage.

What a super bus, would do for lots of men's cards.
Tried to see if this set was available in UK, but can't find it.
It is nice that the children are encouraged to appreciate their drivers, but to make a whole week of it is a bit over the top.
Thanks for sharing and visiting my page.

What a brilliant week to have, I think it's a brilliant idea and you card is lovely. We don't have school buses in the same way as you have but I'm sure the drivers would still like to feel appreciated.
Thanks for stopping by earlier. I'm loving my felt classes thanks, it's something so different from paper crafting and totally relaxing.
