Heartfelt Creations Botanical Swirl Gatefold Card

Hello Everyone,

For this week Heartfelt Creations posting I decided to make a gate fold card using this amazing collection.

Card size is 5 ½ x 4 ¼. Start with a 4 ¼ x 8 ½ piece of white cardstock, score cardstock at 2 1/8 on each side, and fold side inward. To cover card front, cut (2) 5 3/8 x 2 pieces of Winter Wisteria cardstock, sponge edges with Dusty Concord distress ink, and glue to card front. Cut (2) pieces of 5 ¼ x 1 7/8 pieces of Butterfly Medley paper, sponge edges with Dusty Concord distress ink, and glue to card base. To cover inside of card, cut (2) 5 3/8 x 2 pieces of Winter Wisteria cardstock and (1) 5 3/8 x 4 1/8 piece of Winter Wisteria cardstock, sponge edges of cardstock with Dusty Concord distress ink, and glue to card base. Cut a 5 ¼ x 4 piece of Butterfly Medley paper, sponge edges with Dusty Concord distress ink, stamp Cross and Lilies sentiment onto paper, and glue to the center of card. Die cut Winter Wisteria cardstock using Labels 40 Decorative Element #3 die, glue die cut to front of card, and add ribbon. Stamp Butterfly Medley image onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink, color image with Copic markers, die cut image using Labels Forty #3 die, sponge around image with Dusty Concord distress ink, remove die, and glue die cut to center of Decorative Elements die cut. Stamp Botanical Rose flowers onto white cardstock using Grape Jelly ink, stamp Botanical Rose leaves onto white cardstock using Olive Grove ink, die cut flowers and leaves using Botanical Wings dies, color flowers using Dusty Concord and Seedless Preserves distress inks, color leaves with Peeled Paint distress ink, shape flowers and leaves, glue Lettuce Entertain You Prills to center of flowers, and hot glue flowers and leaves to card.
