JustRite Friday Challenge #093 - Suddenly Spring

Hello Fellow Crafters,

Today I have card that I will be entering into the JustRite Friday Challenge #093 - Suddenly Spring. For this challenge, we are to create a spring themed project.  I used pastel colors, flowers and butterflies.

The focal was stamped on white cardstock, die cut, inked before the dies are removed, and inked after the the dies were removed. I stamped the butterflies, inked, fussy cut and attached to card using foam squares.

The flowers were made using a faux porcelain technique. I've previously tried this technique using UTEE (Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel), but this time I used ice resin. I really like using the ice resin because I got excellent coverage on the flowers (not too thick), and it gives the flowers a pretty shine.

Flower Instructions
1. Roll and shape the flowers
2. Mix the ice resin according to the manufacturer's instruction
3. Dip flowers in ice resin and allow to per the manufacturer's recommend time
4. Once dry, attach to card.

Well this it for me. Thanks you so much for stopping by. Have a Blessed day, and I'll blog with you later.

Hugs,
Regina

Sweet spring card! The ice resin flowers are really neat!

Which ink is the darker pink ink? I usually do not use pink but I like that one!
