WOYWW #197

Hello everyone,

Welcome to another What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.  Here's what's on my work desk.

I finished a card for the Mojo Monday challenge. I'm trying to get more organized this year, and I've finished organizing my Copic markers into their new container, and organized some of my stamps.

I still trying to decide what I want to put into my new Spellbinders heart bezels, and waiting on some more supplies to arrive in the mail. My bead and beading tools will be used with the to add bead to the bezels.

Update: Per a viewer's request. I'm posting some pics of my Copic and stamp storage.

Here's my ArtBin Double Deep Copic storage case. This case is made to hold several item in different compartments (using the dividers).

I removed the smaller divided and replaced them with theArtbin Marker Storage Tray  insert. The case hold 4 trays, each tray holder 64 markers = 256 markers. My hubby purchased the cases from JoAnn's when they were 50% off.

This is how I'm storing my stamps at this moment. Each bin holds a different company's stamps and dies. The dies are in the DVD case, and the stamps are in their original packaging. I have 6 of these bins. This isn't really working for me, because I have to go in and out of plastic all the time. And my matching dies are in a different container.

This is what I'm changing to. I found these containers from Crafter's Companion. The panels can hold my stamps on one side and the matching dies on the other side. The case can hold up to 6 panels.

I purchased the larger Crafter's Companion container to hold my larger die sets.

These work really well for storing Spellbinders Grand, Accents and Motifs, and Edgeabilities die.

Disclaimer: I did not work for any of these companies. I'm just showing the cheapest places to find the items since I've already done the leg work.

Well that's it for me. Thanks for taking time to see what's on my work desk.  Have a blessed day.

Hugs,
Regina

it seems that you have many projects in your head and on your desk. they sound very interesting.
More people will comment if you get rid of the capture and go to a system where your comments are held for until you approve.

Hey Regina, I'm eyeing a corner of the Copics container on your desk and wonder if you could share more pics of that - I LOVE the idea of having them all in one box, and I think you've totally mastered that. I'd love to learn more from you too on how you organized your stamps :-) and whether it works for you :-) It's a never-ending story for me...

I love spellbinders, I try and use mine in scrapbooking as much as possible. I find them easy to use when making cards but slightly harder scrapping.
I'm off to visit some more busy desks! Have a lovely crafty week.

Don't you love those magnetic sheets from Crafter's Companion! I started ordering them a couple months back and I need to order more. Just found out about Heartfelt stamps and ordered the western motif stamps and dies...awesome things. I decided to sell my Copics just yesterday and have to figure out how to do that. I have a complete set of the Spectrum Noirs and don't think I need both considering the Stampin'Up! and Tim Holtz distress markers I own! Marker crazy I know! Thanks for sharing. Have a great week. Regina, your card came out really nicely -- I like the color scheme and all the layers. I will need to rethink my stamp and die storage at some point, probably. Happy WOYWW from Laura #105

Nice collection of Copics you have there :)
I keep my stamps in a set of Ikea drawers - the small wooden ones they used to do. That way I can put all the flowers together, etc.
Have a great day. Tracy #75

Thank you for the kind visit! Love your Copic storage! I don't have that many yet, but it is a great idea for when my collection grows. You can never have too much storage. I am now LOVING my stamp room and I think it is because everything has a place! Love your yellow rose card (yellow roses are my favorite color). Winnie#65

Nice post, enjoyed the copic idea and the stamp and die ideas, I do need help with clear stamps storage. Like to keep by company but then sorting for holidays/events ..is searchtime.
Enjoy the week.

Hullo there Regina,
Well, lovely work going on here, great storage in action - but how hard it it to get something that works.. have not die and stamp sets so that is one less thing to worry about.
Thanks so much for popping over and for sharing ~ happy WOYWW a tad late, as usual! Shaz in Oz.x #15
