Heartfelt Creations Burst of Splendor Tag

Hello Everyone,

Today I have a tag I created using the Heartfelt Creations Burst of Splendor Collection. I'm having so much fun with this collection.

Instructions: Tag Size 4 1/8 x 8 ½

Begin with a blank tag, cut a sheet of Burst of Splendor Collection paper to 4 1/8 x 8 ½, adhere to tag and trim corners. Stamp Dahlia Bouquet image 3 times onto white cardstock using black ink, color with Prismacolor pencils, fussy cut one entire image and part of the flowers from the other 2 images, and layer. To make 3D flowers, see video tutorial here. Stamp Open Leaf and Classic Leaf images onto white cardstock using black ink, color with Prismacolor pencils, and die cut with Classic Leaf dies. Stamp Hope in the Lord sentiment onto cardstock using black ink, die cut with oval die, sponge with distress ink, remove die and sponge edge.  Die cut 2 different size scalloped oval die from Burst of Splendor Collection papers. Add Dahlia Bouquet, leaves, sentiment and 3D flowers to tag.
