Hello All,
It's time for What's On Your Work desk? Wednesday. If you would like to know what this is all about, head over to Julia's blog (Stamping Ground).
I'm sorry I wasn't able to make to everyone blog who left me a comment (last week). Our power went out 8am Wednesday, and did come back on until Thursday evening. We spent Wednesday night camped out in the family room huddled around the fireplace. We ran out of firewood Thursday, and my hubby couldn't find any, so we spent that night in a hotel.
Here's the other side of my desk. There's my flower making tools, stamps and paper from this month's design team kit.
I made a little progress with the flowers.
Here's the finished flowers and some leaves.

Wow, I had no idea it took so long and so many tools to make those lovely flowers. Really lovely.
Congrats on the top spot this week. I was visiting another WOYWWer and forgot to check the time. Happy WOYWW from # 3.
Those flowers look fantastic - I think I may get over my ink phobia and actually open all the wee bottles I've accumulated!

Just had to call back to thank you for the encouragement the two Bible texts at the top of your blog have been to me tonight - discouragements creep in and make you feel like giving up - so I'll go back to bed now and try to sleep, leaving my problems in the hand of the Lord.

Hey #1!
the weather has been rough. Maybe making flowers will bring on Spring!

Oh some fun things. I just unwrapped the flower kit, and you have adorable petals and flowers! Love the colors.
Hasn't this winter been something..yours no doubt has melted and improved. Was 40 here today, but 9 yesterday and snow storm on the way and falling temps.
Your blog backgrounds is pretty, I tried to redo mine and can't get rid of the previous one. It pops up then the new one comes up. Spent so much time trying to change it I had to quit and will refresh it another day.
Happy WOYWW #10
Regina, your little flowers are so pretty.
No power, no wood, yep! that calls for a stay in a hotel for sure.
Krisha #9
You do such a great job with the flowers - so cute! Glad your power is back on and you made it through the storm. Happy WOYWW! Sandy Leigh #13

Love the flowers, they look fab! Helen 10
Sorry to hear about your power issues lucky you were able to go to a hotel that had power.
Beautiful flowers, one of my all time favorite things to do.
Happy WOYWW and hope this week is better for you.
Hugs Eliza & Yoda 34
Those flowers are so lovely, but oh so fiddly!!
These storms have been playing havoc, haven't they? Glad you got your power back :)
Happy WOYWW!

Congrats on no. 1 spot!
Funny how colour combos seem to crop up all multiple places all at once. I've been using violet and lime (and violet and lemon) a lot recently and can't tell if I am just keying in on it when I see it cause I'm using it a lot or if I'm using it a lot cause I see it everywhere LOL! But loving the look of the flowers in any case.
An early Happy WOYWW!

Those flowers are beautiful and that box will be fab. Have a good WOYWW.

Oh my! It sounds as if you've been having a tough time with no power! You must have been thankful for the warmth and light of the hotel, but it's not the same as home! I love the pretty flowers and foliage on your desk this week and congrats on being #1! I've been away for some weeks, but it's great to be back visiting again. Have a happy WOYWW! Julie Ann xxx#52
Being cold and without power is a miserable thing to go through, and on the bright side,a night in a hotel is a bit of a treat!
I love the way you're decorating the box - those dies are so intricate! I have to say it again Regina, you are such a patient crafter!
It's looks like a busy one this week! Great stuff. Happy WOYWW xx Jan (68)
Your flowers are looking great Regina...I love working with distress inks when making flowers - the uneven drying gives them character. Hope you're all back to being snug and warm - pretty bad when the power goes out for a day and a half. Cheers RobynO#51
Wow what an adventure you have had with the power cut. I could send you some firewood we dont have any use for as we are moving to a warmer climate.
Bridget #65
Not many people realize how long it really takes and all the love that actually goes into to making just one flower. Your box looks really interesting...It's going to be beautiful. Happy WOYWW!

Gorgeous flowers hun! So much work!
What pretty flowers, I struggle with making flowers that are as pretty as yours. Nice effect with the distress inks.
Hope you are all warm now.

What lovely little flowers, Regina. The box is looking beautiful - well done. Goodness - a hotel! But what a treat amidst the chaos.
Thanks for visiting already.

The weather is certainly causing some chaos throughout the world this year isn't it? Looks like a severe thunderstorm threat for you now! I'm just waiting for the plague of locusts, lol! Beautiful flowers and a nice, busy desk. Congrats on the No1.

Hi Regina,
So glad you finally got power back! Georgia certainly has been hit with some strange weather. My aunt lives in Atlanta and she was home during the first storm that had so many people stranded. I imagine sleeping by the fire was nice and cozy.
Your flowers are amazing - truly beautiful. I like your tool set. I imagine you don't have a problem with anyone "borrowing" them! tee hee.
Congrats at being Number One this week. Me, well, I'm 90!
Happy WOYWW
Peace, Kay (90)
Simply gorgeous!! I have that same flower tool kit, but I think I have different flower punches. I know how much work they are!!! Have a wonderful week!

Your flowers are lovely. It looks like you have a very big work desk. Thank you for your comments on my desk.
Congrats on the #1 spot, Regina! I aspire to get it once! Glad to hear that you have your power back - I know that feeling, we were once 7 days without power. It's truly a blessing when you have running water and electricity! Happy WOYWW!
Beautiful flowers, love the shaded colouring. Thanks for your visit, have a happy week. MMx #57
What absolutely beautiful flowers, Regina. I love making flowers too!
Thanks for your visit and your nice comment. I'm so glad you like the card I made for my hubby. He was delighted with it. Little Beatrice does look cute in her dress, doesn't she! We have just had some great news that the lump was not malignant, and she's going to be fine.
Happy WOYWW,

Poor you with no power. Love the roses. Karen #101
Thanks for popping into my blog Regina.
I am so loving your flowers. Must admit I cheat and buy them, but I must get more adventurous and try making them.
Hope your power stays on.
