WOYWW #295

Hello Everyone,

It What's On Your Work desk? Wednesday. If you would like to check out what this is all about, or if you would like to join in, head to Julia's blog Stamping Ground.

                                                                Here's my desk.
Here's a picture of my desk from earlier today. I was working on a birthday card for my daughter, she's actually my step-daughter, who's turning 17 on Tuesday. You can see some Prima paper, glitter cardstock, Papertrey Ink cardstock, and some My Favorite Things stamps that I used to make the card.  You can also see the finished card.

Here's a picture of my desk after I finished the card. I'm going to make a ring to wear to the stamping show in Lawrenceville. I'll be working the Heartfelt Creations booth. There's all the supplies I used to make the flowers, some distress inks, flower shaping tools, diamond dust, and resin. After I made the flowers, I dipped them into some Ice Resin, and let them dry.

Here's a better picture of the flowers. I haven't decided what size flower I wanted to use, so I made 3 different flowers, and I'll decide which one I want to use. I leaning towards the larger flower. The silver circles are the rings the flowers will be glued to.

Thanks for stopping by
Have a Blessed Day
Hugs,
Regina

The paper on your desk looks lovely! I love the soft colors.
What an interesting project, flowers dipped in ice resin. Do they end up looking like glass or porcelain? I can imagine it will be an eyecatcher! Happy WOYWW and thanks for dropping by!

Hi Regina,
I like those flowers you are making with the resin! The ring will be very pretty, but I'm not sure which size you should use :) Anyway, I think they are very clever.
Thanks for dropping by the other day too. I am very, very late this week.
