WOYWW #225

Hello My Fellow Crafters,

It's time for What's On Your Work desk? Wednesday.  If you would like to see what all this craziness is about, head on over to Julia's blog, Stamping Ground.

Well, there's been a little crafting happening today. I finished a card for the October's design team projects.

Not too messy today.

There are some additions to my desk, the two ink towers. They hold 48 inks pads each, and they fit most of my pads. My Colorbox chalk ink pads are too thick, so I'll have to figure out a different storage solution for them.

Last week I showed this storage unit (a cheap Wal-Mart TV stand). At the time, the stand held my Grand Calibur and my Cricut machines/cartridges. Julia asked if I used my Cricut often, and I don't. So, I moved my Cricut machines and cartridges to the book self and moved all my Spellbinders supplies to this unit.  Now I have everything I use, often, next to me. As you can see, I still have a few die sets that need to be organized, I'm waiting for my order of DVD cases and magnets to arrive.

Thanks for stopping by
Have a Blessed Day
Hugs,
Regina

Oooh. Nifty storage - but it's so annoying when storage is just that little bit too small. I swear they do that on purpose...paranoid? ME? naaaah...

How interesting Regina..your Cricut goes to a quieter place...makes sense to me to have your dies and GC in one place, I must say! The ink towers look fine indeed..the Fluid Chalks have always been a bit on the bulky side huh.

Ha, I organize and re-organize my desk and 'surroundings' and drawers often, to have everything I use beside my working desk. I LOVE organizing, as it clears up your head, don't you think? Happy woyww and a hug from Holland. Marit #76

Hi Regina,

I really like your ink pad towers! Very cool - you can pull the bottom out without all the others moving - which is how my little stack works!

What a great idea to move your Cricut machine since you don't use it often. Are those SU stamp sets in the little cases? I love the unmounted stamp sets and have only a few.

Your organization is inspiring -- which I'm trying to do right now.

Happy WOYWW

Hi Regina, I hate it when the ink pads don't fit the storage units I like the ones you have and the way they store the refills. Very nice. I can't get into the electronic cutting. I have the equipment. but like the hands on with the paper. Happy WOYWW Peg R #99

Hello Regina! Love your storage solutions - I'm a big storage fan myself and find it's really important to have things you want to use right near you (unfortunately that is most everything). Got some new dies that need magnetic sheets as well but I'm going to re-think that storage as it's full!! Thanks for the visit and happy WOYWW Cindy

I have that very same cheapie TV stand cabinet from Walmart. I bought mine to store canned catfoot in. The bottom shelf has the flats of catfood and the top shelf has patterned paper because I have so much of that I could open a store. That's great that you decided to move the circuit out of way since you don't use it much and turn your cart into a Spellbinders stand. You'll probably even get more use out of it now. I love your ink towers and how they have room on top for re-inking bottles. That's a great purchase for sure!

I like how you've labeled your distress inks. I've got the labeler - I'm just looking for a good holder. April #21

I like the fact the top of that TV stand is solid enough to work on while allowing you plenty of storage room below. Great tip!

And leave it to our dear Miss Julia to give us something to think about ;-) That's why we love her hehe
