WOYWW #231

Hello Everyone,

It's time for another What's On Your Work desk? Wednesday. If you like to know what all this is about, head on over to Julia's blog, Stamping Ground.

Here's whats is happening on my desk, and in my craft room.

                                                                    (Before)
I'm not doing any crafting today. I'm cleaning and organizing my stamps and dies (a never ending process).

I'm really trying to get my Heartfelt Creations stamped and dies organized so I can find them easier. So I have all my stamps and dies on storage panels, and placed dividers between the sets.

On Saturday, my hubby bought this binder so I can store my larger Spellbinders dies. I like the color a lot, it matches my Grand Calibur. I currently have 13 magnetic panels and the binder has space for my growing collection (so I need to do some shopping). I like that I can store 2 sets of the 5x7 card creator dies on one panel.

                                                                (After)
This is about the cleanest I can get my desk, then it will be a total mess again. BTW..I won that Spellbinders apron a couple of weeks ago.

Now, I need to work on this side of the room, but I need to pick up some supplies from Michael's and JoAnn's first. I'll post a "after" picture next week.

Thanks for stopping by
Have A Blessed Day
Hugs,
Regina

You really look organized. It seems that in this hobby, we are constantly organizing, doesn't it? Is it because we are constantly adding to our collection! LOL
Thanks for sharing your organizing ideas.

Aaahhh a woman after my own heart, keeping things in order in the art room. I am a storage person too and have my dies stored in hard plastic file boxes like a binder, it is the best system except when it gets full then it becomes really heavy to lift, ah the woes, have fun purchasing more dies.

You really put me to shame! My space is getting worse by the day. When this happens, I usually lose something very important. To date one die is missing and I've given up on finding it. I hate that about my space.

wow! that's a very good job done. It's good when the men try to help, my DH is like that but he has more imagination then me and some of the ideas he comes up with for my ATCs keep me smiling while I make them.
Hope everyone loved your Bag/boxes.

Hi, Regina! I like to see how other folks organize their tools . . . I don't have many dies at this point, so they just live in a canvas bin with my embossing folders and plates for my Cuttlebug. But I love your magnetic binder -- what a great solution to be able to easily see what you have! Thanks for visiting me and happy WOYWW. ~ Laura #10

Hello Regina! I understand your need to organize everything, there comes a point when things just need to get done. This winter/spring I organized all my stamps, probably for the 3rd or 4th time over the years! Now it is much easier for me to find what I need, which I'm sure is why you are doing your organizing too. I have only a few dies, so it will be awhile before I start organizing those! Thanks for letting me peek! Lindart #87

I know all the needed organizing really ruins a good day. I appears that as soon as everything is organized they come out with a new size shape and there we are again in need of a new set up.
Thanks for commenting.
